SHIPPING
We do our best to ship orders received before 11 am within 48 hours. As mentioned in the Product availability section, delay can be greater if a product is not in stock. However, PRODUITS POUR TOITURE FRANSYL LTD declines any responsibility during order transit – shipping delay, border delay, etc.
RETURN OF GOODS POLICY
PRODUCT RETURN
ALL RETURNS must be authorized by the Customer Service and are subject to return charges of 20%. Requests for returns must be made within 10 working days of the date of delivery. Beyond this period, PRODUITS POUR TOITURE FRANSYL LTD will not accept any responsibility.
1.) REQUEST FOR RETURN: The return requests must be addressed immediately and exclusively to the Customer Service of LEXGOSHOP.COM by using the form in the “Contact us” section of the Web Site and indicating “Return” in the Subject space. Customer Service is the one who AUTHORIZES merchandise return. To ensure you receive your refund, each return must include: address of the customer, order number, return goods with quantity, reason of return and product return number.
2.) No return of merchandise will be accepted without having received a prior return authorization. PRODUITS POUR TOITURE FRANSYL LTD reserves the right to refuse goods returned without prior written permission from its behalf, the return will also be refused if the goods are not in their original packaging or damaged.
3.) The return address will be sent to you by e-mail along with the product return number.
ALL special orders (including non-stock items) can not be returned in any way.
4.) FREIGHT CHARGES: In the event of a defective product or non –conforming or damaged upon receiving the product, no fees will apply.
IMPORTANT: In any other case, the customer must cover the costs of transportation in excess of the 20% return charges.
5.) ERROR OF DELIVERY: Any incorrect delivery from LEXGOSHOP.COM must be transmitted to the Customer Service. The customer receives an authorization number for return of goods. In this case, the return of the products shall be completed within five (5) working days after the submission of the return number.
IMPORTANT: Upon receipt of the return of goods approved by the Customer Service, a refund will be issued by the accounting department.
Unused items may be returned for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt. Simply contact us with your details, what item you would like to return and why and whether you would like an exchange for replacement items or refund.
Please note that shipping costs for returned items will not be reimbursed.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Once the transaction is completed, a LEXGOSHOP.COM refund is possible upon the condition mentioned in the Return of Goods Policy section. For example, a transaction cancelled while the order is in transit (order left LEXGOSHOP.COM warehouse but has not arrived to the customer delivery location) will only receive a 80% refund of their order amount paid – 20% return charges applies – and the shipping fees will not be refund.
Website Currency
Visitors that are Canadian Residents will see pricing in Canadian Dollars ($CAD). Visitors that are United-States Residents or from any other country will see pricing in US Dollars (US$).
Product Availability
The site displays all the products available to order from the supply companies. Take note that not all merchandise is part of the LEXGOSHOP.COM inventory, nor of the site itself.
In the eventuality the PRODUITS POUR TOITURE FRANSYL LTD should have to wait for a product to arrive due to an “out of stock” situation, we will notify you via e-mail of the supplementary delay this will cause. If you are not prepared to wait for the arrival of the merchandise we will reimburse your credit card. The same will happen in the eventuality the product is discontinued.
PRODUITS POUR TOITURE FRANSYL LTD will at no time be held responsible for any damage caused to you due to an out of stock situation.
