Flash-Tite™ Drain and Vent Seal provide a watertight seal between inserts drains, such as Flash-Tite SuperDrains™, Flip-Top™ or SureFlow™ drains and the interior rainwater drainage pipe. They significantly retain most of the drainage area of the replacement drain over alternative seal systems.
For example, using a Flash-Tite Drain Seal versus a U-Flow Drain Seal can expand the drainage area by up to 65%!
